Due to the intimate nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return policy on items that remain in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Please note that once a garment or device has been tried on or the seal is broken, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Verify Eligibility

Ensure your item is unworn, unwashed, and still secured in its original, tamper-evident factory packaging with all tags attached.

Initiate Request

Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the sealed product to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Place the item in a discreet shipping box and clearly write the RMA number on the outside to prevent processing delays at our warehouse.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team verifies the seal is intact, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
